DELIVERY DRIVERs 2 (Calgary)

OVERVIEW

To provide courteous and efficient delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to all relevant rules and regulations; to provide related customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver any package.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and professional customer service at all times.
• Verify delivery details and obtain required signatures or documentation
• Ensure items are handled, transported, and stored safely and securely at all times, in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or concerns.
• Protect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws, guidelines, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving and working independently in the city.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Experience in customer service or delivery driver is an asset.
